The C510 works with all the major video-calling clients such as Skype, Yahoo! and Windows Live Messenger. However, it doesn’t have a built-in H.264 video encoder chip,
making it incompatible with Skype HD and rendering its 720p capability pointless for many.

Affordable and handy, it’s just a shame that this webcam’s main feature is somewhat compromised.
